inVitro Imaging Platform

Neural network in the mouse cerebellum

✦ Missions

The platform is administratively attached to UAR 3156 of the CNRS directed by Pascal Darbon and is part of the Interdisciplinary Thematic Institute NeuroStra.

It is open to the entire regional, national and international scientific community.

The expertise of the In Vitro Imaging platform applies to the study of biological materials, tissues and isolated cells at the structural and ultrastructural scale.

It extends to immunocytochemical visualization of molecules and phenotypic detection of gene expression.

  • Advise users in the design of experiments and the evaluation of experimental feasibility,
  • Conduct microscopy experiments necessary for research team projects by adapting protocols according to the equipment.

  • Develop and implement new methodologies,
  • Ensure the training of staff in new techniques by organizing individual and collective training,
  • Participate in higher education and scientific initiation.
